Details

Our 5-6 year-old classes are split by beginner and intermediate. Our beginner classes are 1 hour long and located at our Keesling location. Our intermediate classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long and located at our Morrison location. They will learn all the basics on floor, bars, beam, vault, and trampoline. We have a 7-1 student to coach ratio for each class.

Requirements

Most gymnastics students wear a leotard. Leotards are available at Duet Dance & Activewear. Please make sure their hair is secured up and they don’t have any hair accessories with plastic/metal that may hurt their head during rolls. Students do not wear socks or shoes.
