Guiding Cole Academy
As we determine the best way forward, we are reminded that using our core values to guide us is more important than ever.
Hard Work - We are all going to have to work hard to be open to change and adjust to new ways of doing things.
Communication - We will be communicating each step to the best of our ability - there will be many challenges as our world is changing quickly and we will likely have to make adjustments. We plan to adapt as information changes daily to offer the best program.
Responsibility - it is critical we are all responsible in how we conduct ourselves - our collective safety and ability to enjoy all the amazing things All 4 brings to our lives depends on it.
Support - through mutual support of families, athletes and staff, we know we can successfully navigate the world we find ourselves in today.
Keeping the environment safe for all
We use a professional cleaning company to clean and disinfect both of our facilities. Instructors disinfect mats and high touch surfaces between classes as needed. All foam flooring is completely sprayed down with a disinfectant proven to kill Covid-19 several times throughout the week. All students will use sanitizer on the way in and out to prevent contaminating any surface.
Students may bring a bottle of water with them (clearly labeled with name) to keep with them at all times. No access will be allowed to water fountains.
45 minute and 1 hour classes let out 5 minutes early to allow for disinfecting between classes.

How we will ensure our athletes and staff are protected
The children’s safety is our TOP priority. Because of this we are requiring adults and siblings (not doing activity) to wear masks while waiting in the dance lobby at the Keesling facility. In regards to other areas of both buildings, please abide by the following guidelines.
Students coming for class are not required to wear a mask. We will continue to socially distance as much as possible during class.
If you ARE vaccinated…
Masks are strongly recommended for anyone NOT participating in a class. Please always have proof of vaccination on you if you choose to not wear a mask.
Vaccinated staff and adults participating in mommy and me classes are not required to wear a mask.
If you ARE NOT vaccinated…
We recommend you watch from SpotTV verses coming in.
Unvaccinated adults must keep masks on the entire time, even during activity. If you need to come in, you MUST wear a mask at all times. NO exceptions!
All siblings, over the age of 2, must wear a mask while in all areas of the building. Siblings ages 12 and up are not allowed in the building unless they are there for class themselves.
If you are not feeling well or have potential exposure, do not enter the gym.
Visiting the Cole Academy facilities
Only 1 parent/guardian is allowed in the facility per recreational student. Other adults can watch from our free closed circuit camera system. The app is called SpotTV. Please make sure that anyone requesting to view on SpotTV is named on your Cole Academy account.
